Fitness isn’t always easy to approach. For a long time, it wasn’t for me either. Even as a professional athlete, I struggled with mental health challenges, body image issues, and a complicated relationship with food. My drive for perfection often turned into disordered eating. and what should have been a source of strength sometimes felt like punishment instead.

I also know how isolating it can feel when the spaces meant to help you feel stronger and healthier seem intimidating or judgmental. That’s why I coach the way I do now: with empathy, patience, and a focus on making fitness feel approachable and safe. I want to show people that movement isn’t about fitting into a mold or proving anything to anyone but rather finding what works for you.

My journey has taught me that strength comes in many forms. As a professional rugby player and cyclist, I learned what it means to push limits, but it was my master’s in psychology that helped me understand how to create sustainable, compassionate change. And as a Michelin-trained chef. I’ve realized that food isn’t just fuel; it’s a source of joy, connection, and nourishment that should never feel like the enemy.

When we work together, it’s not about perfection or rigid rules. It’s about collaborating to create a plan that fits your unique circumstances: your schedule, your goals, your life. Whether you’re taking your very first step into fitness or looking to heal your relationship with it, we’ll start from a place of understanding and build something that’s not only doable but empowering.

Because I’ve been where you are. I know how hard it can be to start, how much courage it takes to show up. And I also know the freedom that comes with discovering a way to move and eat that makes you feel better not just physically, but emotionally too.

If you’re ready, I’d love to help you find that freedom.
Let’s do this together.
